Veep Assures Manufactures of government support

Government says it will continue to increase the producer price of cocoa and roll out other measures to enhance the welfare of the farmers, thereby reducing its share in the proceeds from the commodity.

Vice President Kwesi Amissah Arthur, who toured a new Milk Powder Factory of Nestle Ghana Limited in Tema, said Government is determined to support local manufacturing firms in spite of the temporary challenges facing the economy.
