Ministry of Health ready to combat Ebola disease if confirmed in Ghana The Ghana Health Service has allayed the fears of the general public that the Ebola virus disease has no cure. It says early report to any health facility and early detection leads to early treatment. The Director of Institutional Care Division of the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Samuel Kaba, said this in Accra during a case management training for health workers on Ebola. He said the number of people dying in other West African countries should not create panic and fear that the disease cannot be treated. The three-day training for front line health workers is aimed at boosting their confidence to attend to any cases of Ebola should it be recorded in the country. GBC
