Controller and Accountant General's Department not on strike

The Controller and Accountant General's Department says it is not on strike. 

A Director in charge of salaries, Andrew Kumfe, said going on strike means that government machinery will grind to a halt. 

He said persons peddling that the Accountant General's Department is on strike are not being truthful.
