Road Networks In Upper East Region To Be Rehabilitated About 53 feeder roads in the Upper East region will by the end of the year be rehabilitated under the Ghana Social Opportunities Projects. The move is to boost Agriculture and enable farmers to evacuate their produce to the big towns. The Upper East Regional Minister, James Senchi Tiigah, announced this at the Government for the Peoples Forum at the Upper East Region. The forum allows government programmes and policies to be relayed to people at the grassroots and also solicit their concerns. The Upper East Regional Minister, James Tiigah, also mentioned other road networks to be rehabilitated as well as communities to be hooked onto the Rural Electrification Project. GBC
