AFCON 2015: CAF President Hayatou expects problems CAF President, Issa Hayatou, believes the hosting of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations will not be perfect. Equatorial Guinea was named as the new hosts earlier in the month, after Morocco refused to host the tournament following fears of the Ebola outbreak. The tournament begins on January 17, 2015, leaving the hosts with only weeks to prepare. Mr Hayatou admits there could be problems. Hayatou has indicated that there are also concerns with catering, media and transport but says CAF will do its best to save the essentials. BBC
