Foreign minister raises concern about maritime safety 

The G7 friends of the Gulf of Guinea group have held a meeting in Accra to deliberate on issues of Maritime Safety along the Gulf of Guinea. 

The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hannah Tetteh, in an address raised concern about criminal activities along the countries of the Gulf with most of them occurring in Nigeria and Cameroon and their gradual spread to other West African countries.
