Black Stars land Senegal, South Africa and Algeria in Afcon draw Ghana will face opposition from Senegal, South Africa and Algeria in the group stage of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations next year. The Black Stars, who were top seeds in the draw, are in Group C for the finals in Equatorial Guinea from January 17 to February 8, following Wednesday’s event in Malabo. All the teams in Group C with the exception of Senegal are former winners of the continental showpiece. Ghana's team will be based in Mongomo with Bata, Ebibeyin and Malabo hosting the other group games. The opening game will be between Equatorial Guinea v Congo on 17th January. Former Black Star Player Augustine Arhinful said Ghana's group is a tough one.
