Local community women to benefit from IPASEC training Local community women in the country are to benefit from a One-Stop Training Centre spearheaded by the Islamic Peace and Security Council, IPASEC. The centre is established to create a self-sustaining environment for basic entrepreneurship education. Speaking at the launch of the centre, the Malaysian High Commissioner to Ghana, Loon-Lai Cheong said the move is to share and build solidarity between Ghana and Malaysia.
