Experts react to 2015 AFCON draw

Following Wednesday’s AFCON draw in Malabo where Ghana's Black Stars were handed a tough group alongside Senegal, South Africa and Algeria, some football analysts have given different opinions on the draw.

According to Jeffrey Asare, the new Coach Avram Grant needs to take tough decisions if the Stars are to succeed in Equatorial Guinea.

For his part, Christopher Opoku, also believes some radical decisions would have to be taken to build a strong team for the competition.

Also reacting to the AFCON draw is the Assistant Coach of the Black Stars, Maxwell Konadu, who expressed surprise to see the Stars in Group C alongside Senegal, South Africa and Algeria.

To him, the only sure bet, for a success story in Equatorial Guinea is for the team to prepare adequately ahead of the competition in January.
