Justice Ministry launches statistical survey report on photocopying and digital copying in tertiary institutions The Ministry of Justice and Attorney General has launched a statistical survey report on photocopying and digital copying in tertiary educational Institutions in Accra. The report organised by Copy Ghana indicated that both students and lecturers photocopy works without paying anything to the authors. At a discussion after the launch a consensus was reached that there is the need to obey the laws on copy rights of Authors and Publishers. Speaking to Radio Ghana after chairing the discussion, a former Vice Chancellor of University for Development Studies, Professor Raymond Bagullo Bening, said the time has come to recognise intellectuals and their contributions towards knowledge provision in the country.
