Farmers in Northern Region benefit from USAID-FINGAP Project

Farmers in the Northern Region have benefited from a USAID Financing Ghana Agricultural Project (FINGAP), which aims at assisting Agri-businesses in Ghana.

The project was initiated last year to provide farmers with incentives, risk mitigation and capacity building.

At a round table on food security organised by US Embassy, the Agri-Business Opportunity Development Unit Manager of USAID-FINGAP Project, Dr Victor Antwi, said the project supports farmers through their Business Advisory Providers.

He said farmers will be assisted to develop business plans for financial support.
