Ghana to benefit $423,000 Support from KOICA

Ghana is to benefit from a four hundred and twenty three thousand dollar Support from the Korea International Corporation Agency, KOICA, for the construction of an Ebola treatment Centre in Tamale.

The Project which is expected to be completed in twelve weeks will be managed by the 48 Engineer Regiment of the Ministry of Defence.

The Korean Ambassador to Ghana, Lyeo woon-ki announced this at the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the MIniser of Health, Dr Kweku Agyemang Mensah.

He said the move will improve the case management system in Ghana especially the northern part of the country which shares borders with Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire and Togo.
