Introduction of LOGODEP has improved citizens participation in governance Citizen’s participation in local governance is said to have improved with the introduction of the Ghana Local Governance and Decentralisation Program, LOGODEP in three districts. These are Prestea Huni-Valley, Tarkwa Nsuaem and Shama districts. The program is being undertaken by the Institute for Democratic Governance, IDEG, in collaboration with USAID engaged Civil Society groups and traditional authorities on ways of improving public service delivery.
