Roads to be closed for Independence Day Parade

In connection with the 58th Independence Day anniversary parade, which will take place at the independence square in Accra tomorrow, March 6th, the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) has announced that certain major Roads in Accra will be temporarily closed to the public. 

A statement issued and signed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police and Director General of the MTTD, Angwubutoge Awuni, said the roads will however be reopened after the event and calls on the general motoring public to cooperate with the police to ensure a successful anniversary.
