IMF conditionalities will be difficult to implement - Economic experts predict

Some economic experts believe that government will have difficulties implementing the IMF programme with regards to the stringent conditions attached to it. 

Ghana, a week ago after series of consultations, reached a nine hundred and forty million dollar package expected to be in place in April pending final approval from the IMF Board. 

A Senior Economist at the University of Ghana, Dr. Eric Osei Asigbey, in an interview with Radio Ghana said, although there will be challenges; government has no choice but to adhere to the conditionalities.
