This is because the regularity of fire outbreaks in the markets, homes and offices is stretching the nation's capabilities to a breaking point. The Paper says while all hands are needed on board, the Ghana National Fire Service must up its game and also help in the fight to stem the space of domestic and industrial fires. The Ghanaian Times calls on the Ministry of Education to urgently build a new dining hall or rehabilitate the old one for the Kpandai Senior High School. The Paper says currently the students take their meals under trees due to the dilapidated nature of the old one. The Paper says it is not demanding a special treatment for the school knowing that many others also lack a lot of facilities. However, it is the urgent nature of the school's need that is why it is making a case for them. It therefore appeals to government to support all other schools with similar problems to make teaching and learning conducive. GBC
