Eastern Region records 138 new cholera cases

138 new cases of cholera have been recorded in the Eastern Region within four weeks. 

The most affected districts are Suhum and Ayensu Ano. 

The Eastern Regional Disease Surveillance Officer, Mukalia Diwura said the cases were from neighbouring districts. 

He said they were contracted by a group attending a prayer camp.
