Denu Jailbreak: IGP Directs Interrogation Of Officers On Duty

The Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Alhassan has paid a working visit to Denu and Aflao in the Volta Region following a recent jail break in which seven alleged criminals escaped.

The IGP implored his men to speed up investigations into the matter and find the escapees as soon as practicable. 

Meanwhile, the IGP has directed that all the officers on duty before the jail break be brought to the CID Headquarters in Accra for interrogation.
