ICAG To Partner CIPFA To Build Sound Public Financial Management Systems As part of efforts to improve Public Financial Management in the country, the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, is to partner the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, a professional body in the UK to provide advocacy and advice on the sector. The President of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, Professor Boasiako Omane-Antwi said the institute recognises that a vibrant economy can only be built when sound public financial management systems are put in place.
