Universities must give priority in the wake of the power outages - Samuel Nkuban The President of the University of Ghana branch of UTAG, Samuel Nkuban says, institutions such as the Universities must be given some form of priority in the wake of the power outages. Speaking on our current affairs programme 'Behind the News', Mr. Nkuban said teaching and learning on the Legon Campus is becoming frustrating as lecturers for instance cannot go to the lecture halls during the evenings when there is no light. Also, lectures that involve the use of power points have been completely abolished due to power problems and this is affecting the students negatively. A student, Rachael Raphason spoke on the dangers students are exposed to due to the constant power outages on the Legon Campus. GBC
