Baby rescued from Nepal earthquake rubble A four-month-old baby boy has been rescued underneath the rubble hours after a magnitude 7.8 earthquake rocked Nepal. Katmandu Today, a Nepalese newspaper, photographed the rescue and writes that the infant was rescued by the Nepalese Army. According to the newspaper, the baby is in a stable condition with initial examinations show the baby has no internal injuries. The newspaper adds the Nepalese Army had initially failed to rescue the baby and left the site thinking the baby had not survived.
