Ministry speaks on execution of Ghanaian in Indonesia The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hannah Tetteh, says the nationality of the man believed to be a Ghanaian executed in Indonesia is inconsequential at this time. Speaking to GBC's Radio Ghana, Madam Tetteh said before going to any jurisdiction, the laws of the country are made clear to prospective travellers. She said the alleged Ghanaian knew of all the laws and yet decided to flout them. The Foreign Minister said though the decision of capital punishment is a difficult one, Indonesia is a sovereign state and her laws must be respected. GBC
