Burndi  government  delibrate on how to defuse  tension over president   Nkurunziza's third term bid 

The government and opposition in Burundi have met in a bid to defuse tensions after days of deadly demonstrations against a third term bid by President Pierre Nkurunziza.

Reports say this is the last chance meeting and they have to come up with concrete solutions so that elections can be held in acceptable conditions.

The rivals met late yesterday and talks continue today.
