Some Tema West NPP Constituency delegates to support one of the Parliamentary aspirants

Some Tema West NPP Constituency delegates supporting one of the Parliamentary aspirants, Carlos Ahenkorah, have alleged that the Party’s hierarchy is conspiring to disqualify the candidate. 

The claims generated some degree of  misunderstanding at today’s/yesterday’s vetting when the said supporters stormed the venue, accusing the Chairman of the Vetting Committee of masterminding the disqualification of their candidate. 

Talking to Radio Ghana at the scene, an aggrieved supporter of Carlos Ahenkorah, Nana Boakye accused the Flagbearer of the Party, Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo of using diabolic means to disqualify their candidate. 

They chanted, ‘No Carlos Ahenkorah No Vote'.

The Tema West NPP Constituency Organiser, Arhin Young, underscored the need for all the candidates to contest the primaries, since that is the surest way to have peace in the Tema West Constituency.
