Government asked to do away with excessive borrowing to stabilize economy

A Resident Economist at the Institute of Fiscal Studies, Leslie Mensah, says economic prospects of the country shows no positive signs due to the current debt and high inflation.  

He said reduction in fuel prices and other commodities on the world market should reflect in the country's economy.  

Mr. Mensah suggested to government to do away with excessive borrowing so as to stabilize the economy.
