Legal Practitioner appeals to parties to reduce impact of strike on justice delivery

A Legal Practitioner, David Annan says though members of JUSSAG have a right to go on strike, such action should be within the remit of the law.  

Speaking to Radio Ghana, he said the action should not ground the justice system, because many lives depend on it.  

Mr. Annan noted that the industrial action will not affect the entire justice system, but civil cases will be most affected. 

He appealed to parties in the matter to seek urgent solutions to reduce the impact of the strike on justice delivery.
