Bagbin bemoans poor funding of public institutions

The Majority Leader, Alban Bagbin has expressed disappointed at the manner in which public institutions are financed in the country. 

He said as much as a lot is expected of these institutions such as GBC, funding is woefully inadequate. 

Mr. Bagbin made the comments when he delivered the 4th in the series of lecturers to mark GBC's 80th Anniversary.
