Language usage key to mediation - Austin Gamey

Labour Consultant, Austin Gamey, says if the labour law is exercised to the latter, Ghanaians will not be the ones to suffer from the current impasse between government and the Ghana Medical Association (GMA). 

He is of the view that, the manner in which conflicts are resolved is the reason for the numerous labour agitations in the country. 

Speaking at the end of the 17th Professional Masters of ADR class in Accra, Mr. Gamey said language usage is key to mediation, adding that the GMA should have sought for the services of a conflict mediator in its negotiations with government.
