Political parties should hire qualified party agents- Ben Ephson

Editor of the Daily Dispatch and Pollster, Ben Ephson has been speaking on the critical role of political party agents during election monitoring.  

He said political parties cannot hire illiterate polling agents and expect them to perform magic at the polling centres on election day.  

Mr. Ephson said given that elections are won at the polling station, political parties who are seeking power have the responsibility to hire and train qualified personnel to ensure they understand the electoral processes.
