The Daily Graphic holds the view that the time has come to put a stop to sheer lawlessness on the part of the people to forestall death, loss of property and floods during rainy seasons. It says Ghanaians must start a revolution geared towards proactively waging a concerted campaign against filth and irresponsible acts on the part of those who choose to ignore the laws of the country. The paper appealed to the President to apply the whip on appointees who fail to compel the people in their assemblies to respect the laws.
 
The Ghanaian Times is amazed at the commitment of two friends who dedicated themselves to save the life of a friend, who was on the verge of death due to a complicated heart disease. The sick person had to be flown over 31,000 kilometers to perform an uncommon surgery because the country lacks a suitable theatre equipped with the necessary drugs to enable them to perform the surgery. According to the Times, it is shameful that a country of such a large population cannot install such facilities at the major hospitals in the country to take care of such heart diseases. The Paper hopes that through this miracle, steps would be taken to equip the nation's hospitals to save lives.
