South African court blocks appeal by Zuma over corruption charges

South Africa's high court says President Jacob Zuma and the National Prosecuting Authority had no grounds to appeal against a court ruling that corruption charges against him should be reinstated. 

According to the court, President Zuma has one final option to go to the constitutional court, the highest court in the land. 

Essentially what was decided by the Court is  that decision taken by the National Prosecuting Authority can be reviewed by the court.
