6th Decomber, 2016 The DAILY GRAPHIC: says the time for all Ghanaians to perform their civic duty of going to to the polls to cast their ballots is now. The paper urges all registered voters to make it a point to exercise their franchise come what may. It urges the electorate to vote wisely according to their situation and what they look out for. The paper says Ghanaians should be prepared and accept the outcome of the polls and strive for development and prosperity. It urges the winner to involve well-meaning Ghanaians who have something to offer regardless of their political affiliations. The Ghanaian Times: is urging all to help make Ghana proud again in light of the success and peaceful nature of previous elections. According to the paper, while the just ended season of political campaigns have largely been peaceful and issue based, it was also characterised by cynicism and unattainable promises. The Times is however convinced that, Ghanaians have been sufficiently exposed to the policies and programmes of all the contestants to enable them make informed decisions. The paper says, just as the electorates comported themselves during the campaign, they should do same by voting wisely and peacefully and avoid any confusion at the polling stations. The Times reminded Ghanaians that the world is closely monitoring affairs and it is incumbent on all to ensure a successful and peaceful polls.
