Head of ECOWAS Observer Mission impressed  with voter turn out

The Head of the ECOWAS Observer Mission
in Ghana, Professor Amos Sawyer says the Mission is impressed with the turn out of voters at the polling stations they visited so far.  

He said all went on well according to their plans.
