Ghana Police Applauds Ghanaians For Peaceful Elections The Police has praised Ghanaians for the responsible manner in which they have conducted themselves in the election. A statement issued by the Director of Public Affairs of the Police, Superintendent Cephas Arthur said the IGP has expressed satisfaction at the calm and orderly manner of the process. It said, the IGP toured some constituencies to observe the election and was happy with the turn of events. The Police appealed to the public to continue to exhibit such level of tolerance and maturity especially during the crucial moments of counting, collation and declaration of results.
