Ghanaians need change of attitude to make governments succeed A Legal Practitioner, Charles Magitey, says unless Ghanaians change their attitudes in all facets of life, it will be difficult for any government to succeed in any democratic environment. Speaking to Radio Ghana on his expectations of the new government, Mr. Magitey said every government has a programme for the country, but such programmes can only be implemented successfully if the citizens are disciplined for instance in practising proper waste disposal and providing support for the government.
