Recruitment into security services is in accordance with due process - Hannah Tetteh

Governance is a continuous process and as such, recruitment into the security services cannot be done in secrecy.  

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hannah Tetteh, who was reacting to rumours on Uniiq
Breakfast Drive that government, is signing late contracts and recruiting persons into the army said this is being done in accordance with due process.
