Tamale records 13 new births on Christmas Day

Two hospitals in Tamale recorded 13 deliveries on Christmas Day. The births included two male twins.

At the Tamale Teaching Hospital, the Midwife on-duty at the Labour Ward, Amina Atipaga, said all deliveries were normal, except for one woman, who went through a caesarian.  

Duty Midwife at the Tamale Central Hospital, Fati Sumaila, said all the women had normal deliveries without complications.
