Daboya- Busunu road accident leaves 2 dead, 12 injured

Two women have lost their lives and 12 others severely injured in an accident on the Daboya- Busunu road in the Northern Region. 

According to the West Gonja District Police commander, ASP Seidu Wemeh, said the vehicle   veered off the road and crashed into a gutter resulting in the death of the two women.
 
The deceased were between the ages of 42- 45. 

It is still unclear what might have caused the accident but, ASP Seidu Wemah said investigations have commenced to ascertain the actual cause. 

He added that the injured are responding to treatment at various health centers.
