Thousands flee Boko Haram attacks around Nigeria's Chibok Reports by an International Organisation for Migration IOM indicates that about seven thousand people have fled from villages around the northeast Nigerian town of Chibok because of Boko Haram attacks. The IOM said an estimated four thousand, 449 people have fled to Chibok seeking safety following attacks or threats of attacks in some neighbouring villages".
