Erratic power supply destroys plant materials developed by Ghana Atomic Energy Commission Plants materials cultured in the laboratory of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission, GAEC for more than twenty years, have been destroyed. This is due to the power crisis, and the Commission's inability to constantly pay for power.
