Labour Court stops PSWU from picketing at TV3 premises An Accra Labour Court today, (April 4), placed an injunction on picketing TV3 premises by sacked workers and members of the Public Service Workers Union. The 32 workers were dismissed in February this year (2017) for allegedly wearing red attire on duty to demonstrate their displeasure over working conditions. The workers were expected to besiege the station's premises today, but they have been stopped by the Court Order. The management prayed the Court not to allow the action by the Union saying, it will be meeting the Labour Commission tomorrow, (April 5), to discuss the issue. Speaking to the media, the Secretary of TV3 Local Union, Emmanuel Aggrey, said they respect the decision of the Court and will wait for further directives from the Trade Union Congress. GBC
