Group urges NDC to call early congress

The Action Movement, a group affiliated to the NDC, has appealed to executives of the party to call an early congress. 

The group believes an early congress will help the party elect dedicated people to steer its affairs and position it to recapture power in 2020. 

The Spokesperson of the group, Kodzo Hamenya Keglo, stated this at a news conference in Accra.
