Book on "Ministry of a worshipper” launched in Accra


A book on worship entitled the “Ministry of a worshipper” has been launched in Accra.

The 60 page book talks about God’s ideal dwelling in terms of worship and explains that worship goes beyond singing as some Christians perceive worsip.

The chairman of the occasion, Alfred Ofoe Osabutey-Aguedze urged all to patronize the book because it is an eye-opener, illuminating and a transformer to our worship life as Christians and like Jacob’s ladder draw us to God’s presence.

He said the centre of gravity of the Christian faith has shifted to Africa and about eighty-five percent of the Ghanaian population is Christians, hence the need for us to have pre-requisite knowledge to enable us worship God in spirit and in truth.

In an overview of the book, the author of the book Pastor Eddie Tetteh of the Redemption Centre, Assemblies of God Church, La acknowledged God for giving him the wisdom, knowledge and insight for writing this book.

He said in life somebody has to give you opportunity, order than that you can not prove yourself and seized the opportunity to appreciate all who played diverse roles for the book to see the light of day.

According to him, the book has been widely reviewed by theologians, professors and academicians and would serve the ultimate purpose of teaching Christians the true fashion of worshiping God.

In a brief message, the Greater Accra Regional Music Director of Assemblies of God, Rev. William Tetteh Nortey described the author as a hardworking and dedicated worshipper and urged all to patronize the book to consolidate our Christian life through worship.
