Accra: Fire guts Coconut Groove Regency Hotel

Fire has gutted the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel located at Kanda in Accra.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

UPDATE:

The Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra is currently in flames and fire fighters are working tirelessly to bring the inferno under control. 

Reports say occupants in the hotel have been evacuated.

Part of the hotel which houses the ATV Network belonging to Group Nduom and a GN Bank branch is the worst hit.

Personnel of the Ghana Police Service are also at the scene to protect properties as well as maintain law and order. 

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
