World Day for Safety and Health at Work observed today

Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work.

This day is an annual international campaign to promote safe, healthy and decent work.

It is held on April 28th and has been observed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) since 2003.
 
Every day more than Six thousand 300 people die as a result of occupational accidents or work-related diseases and more than 2.3 million deaths every year.
