I and my wife are both workers in the government sector. We both take salary through the GOG pay system "Controller". 
How fair is it to deduct TV licence fee from both of us our salaries since we live together in the same apartment and watch only one Television set?  Is that not going to be a wrong deduction and will the court compensate us for any unlawful deduction and inconvenience?
