The paper says Ghanaians cannot celebrate the 25th anniversary of the return to constitutional government without mentioning Parliament, which is the bastion of the country's democracy. The Times commends the Speaker and Members of Parliament for their consensus-building skills and persuasive communication abilities in resolving their differences when debates becomes hot and tempers flare. The Daily Heritage says it does not believe printed advertisement like the FDA is alleging is not that effective like sound and sight advertisement. The paper therefore examine to state that the children the FDA seek to protect spend most of their time during the day in school and couldn't be influenced.
