Police rescue alleged witch from mob

The Northern Regional Police PRO, ASP Yusif Tanko says none of its officers was hurt in the mob attack during the rescue of an alleged witch. 

He said though the mob fired at the Police, none of the officers was hit.

Speaking to GBC’s Felix Cofie, ASP Tanko said an investigation and a search for the rifle which was fired has begun.
 
He said no arrests have been made.
