Autopsy report on late JB Dankwa Adu submitted

A  Pathologist, Dr. Lawrence Edusei, has submitted the autopsy report on the late JB Danquah Adu to the registry of an Accra District Court. 

Dr. Edusei was given a witness summon at the last sitting by the court to produce the autopsy report on the death of the late Member of Parliament J.B Danquah Adu in person. 

The court has therefore ordered that the sealed medical report be sent to the CID in charge of the case detective Augustus Nkrumah of the Homicide Unit at the CID Headquarters. 

A Deputy General  Secretary  of the New  Patriotic Party, NPP, Nana Obiri Boahene, who has been watching brief for the case lamented in court over the absence of the Pathologist who was given a witness summon to be present in court today but did not turn up. He described the attitude of the Pathologist towards the court as gross disrespect and prayed the court to cite him for contempt. 

The case presided over by Gloria Laryea has been adjourned to the 15th of next month.
