Government to fix seventy-four thousand kilometres of roads in deprived areas, nationwide


Government has given the indication that it will soon launch a project, to fix all seventy-four thousand kilometres of roads, needed in the country, starting with those in Zongos and deprived areas. 

The move cuts across urban roads, highways and feeder roads, and is expected to shore up government's national industrialization drive. 


The Roads and Highways Minister, Mr. Kwasi Amoako-Atta gave the assurance when he accompanied the Zongo and Inner Cities Minister, Alhaji Abubakar Siddique Boniface to visit some roads within Madina in Accra.
